وقف مستدام لإطلاق النار توصلت له لجنة “5 + 5”

أكد بيان البعثة الأممية لدى ليبيا أن اللجنة العسكرية المشتركة «5+5»توصلت إلى مسودة اتفاق وقف مستدام لإطلاق النار وإعادة الأمن والاستقرار إلى المناطق المدنية، وذلك في نهاية الجولة الثانية من المحادثات، إذ اتفق الطرفان على عرض المسودة على قيادتيهما لمزيد من التشاور.

وأشار البيان إلى أن البعثة عملت مع الطرفين خلال هذه الجولة على «إعداد مسودة اتفاق لوقف دائم لإطلاق النار وتسهيل العودة الآمنة للمدنيين إلى مناطقهم، مع وجود آلية مراقبة مشتركة تقودها وتشرف عليها كل من البعثة واللجنة العسكرية».

وجددت البعثة دعوتها لكلا الطرفين إلى الالتزام الكامل بالهدنة الحالية، وضرورة حماية المدنيين وممتلكاتهم والمنشآت الحيوية.

ومن المقرر أن تلتقي اللجنة الشهر المقبل في جنيف لاستئناف المباحثات، واستكمال إعداد اختصاصات ومهام اللجان الفرعية اللازمة لتنفيذ الاتفاق المنشود.
