الزنتان: ورشة عمل حول إنتاج وجودة زيت الزيتون

أشرفت إدارة التعاون والارشاد والاعلام الزراعي بوزارة الزراعة على تنظيم ورشة عمل حول إنتاج وجودة زيت الزيتون في جبل نفوسة وذلك بالمعهد العالي للعلوم والتقنية بالزنتان.

وتناولت الورشة التي نظمت بالتعاون مع مكتب الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية الزنتان، سبل حماية شجرة الزيتون ومكافحة الافات وتوعية المزارعين بالاساليب الصحيحة في جني ثمار الزيتون والاساليب التي يجب اتباعها في نقل الزيتون وتخزينه.

وحضر هذه الورشة التي تنتظم في اطار خطط وزارة الزراعة للاهتمام بشجرة الزيتون وحمايتها وزيادة الانتاج، عدد من المهندسين وخبراء الزراعة، والمزارعين واصحاب معاصر الزيتون.
