الحبري: إعلان “الكبير” تسييل 5 مليار دينار للمصارف بشكل منفرد مرفوض من مجلس إدارة المصرف المركزي

قال محافظ مصرف ليبيا المركزي ببنغازي علي الحبري في تصريح لتبادل إن إعلان “الصدّيق الكبير” تسييل قرض بقيمة 5 مليار دينار للمصارف التجارية بشكل منفرد، هو إعلان من طرف واحد وهو مرفوض من مجلس إدارة المصرف المركزي.

وكان المصرف المركزي بطرابلس قد أعلن يوم الأحد عن الاتفاق على تسييل الدفعة الثانية من القرض المقدم للمصارف التجارية بقيمة 5 مليار دينار لاستخدامها في دعم أرصدة المصارف لإجراء عمليات المقاصة للأفراد وتوفير السيولة النقدية للمواطنين وتمويل عمليات النقد الأجنبي.

يشار إلى أن مجلس إدارة مصرف ليبيا المركزي مجتمعا كان قد اتخذ قرارا في الأول من فبراير الماضي يقضي بالموافقة على منح قرض حسن بقيمة 5 مليار دينار للمصارف التجارية وتمت إحالتها على دفعات وذلك لمعالجة مشكلة تدني أرصدة المصارف لدى مصرف ليبيا المركزي.
