الحبري: الأيام القادمة نشر تقرير الاستقرار المالي لـ 2017

صرح محافظ مصرف ليبيا المركزي بالبيضاء “علي الحبري” بأن فريق عمل وحدة الاستقرار المالي بالمصرف سينشر خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة تقرير الاستقرار المالي الثاني لعام 2017 وذلك في إطار سعي “مركزي البيضاء” لبناء قاعدة بيانات ومؤشرات متكاملة للقطاع المالي في ليبيا، وفق بيان نشر على الصفحة الرسمية للمصرف بفيسبوك.

وأوضح المحافظ أن تقرير الاستقرار المالي الثاني لعام 2017 سيشمل بيانات مصرف ليبيا المركزي في طرابلس والبيضاء، وتضمن أحد عشر فصلا تناولت التطورات الاقتصادية العالمية والمحلية وآفاقها وتطورات القطاع المصرفي والمالية لعامة، والرقابة المصرفية ودورها في المحافظة على الاستقرار المالي، وتطورات القوانين والشمول المالي ونظام المدفوعات والتسويات الوطني، وتحليل الكفاءة التشغيلية للقطاع المصرفي، والمؤسسات المالية غير المصرفية، والسياسات الاحترازية والمخاطر النظامية، وتشخيص وضع الاستقرار المالي في ليبيا.

ويأتي نشر هذا التقرير في إطار رؤية “مركزي البيضاء” لتطوير الدراسات المتعلقة بتقييم وضع الاستقرار المالي ونشر التقارير السنوية بشكل منتظم انطلاقا من نقطة الأساس سنة 2016 وصولا إلى نقطة الهدف سنة 2020، والاتجاه نحو بناء قاعدة بيانات متكاملة لتقييم الأداء الاقتصادي واقتراح التي من شأنها التخفيف من حدة الصدمات الدورية في أسعار النفط الخام الذي يعتبر المصدر الأساسي للدخل في ليبيا وما يترتب عن ذلك من آثار على الاستقرار المالي في البلاد.
