إيطاليا تطالب بحل مشكلة صياديها المحتجزين في ليبيا

دعا أعضاء البرلمان الأوروبي عن حزب الرابطة الإيطالي وأعضاء لجنة الصيد، المفوضيةَ الأوروبية إلى ضرورة الدفاع عن الصيادين الإيطاليين المحتجزين في ليبيا، بعد مصادرة زورقي صيد الأسماك على يد خفر السواحل الليبي، وفق وكالة نوفا الإيطالية.

وطالب الأعضاء الأوروبيين بالتدخّل عبر نشاط مواءمة فيما يتعلّق باتفاقيات تحديد الحدود البحرية، فضلًا عن بدء طاولة نقاش بين الدول الساحلية، وأوضحت الوكالة الإيطالية أن الأعضاء قدموا استجواباً إلى المفوضية الأوروبية، نص على أنه على أوروبا التي تستثمر مبالغ طائلة في ليبيا، أن تتدخل وتتخذ إجراءات عاجلة ضد مُحتجزي الصيادين، من أجل حلٍّ سريع للقضية ووضع حدٍّ للهجمات المتكرّرة على قوارب الصيد الإيطالية في تلك المناطق.
