إدارة القضايا تكسب أحكاما قضائية وتجنب الدولة الليبية دفع مبالغ بحوالي 34 مليون دولار

أعلنت إدارة القضايا بالدولة الليبية اليوم الثلاثاء بأن لجنة المنازعات المنظورة في الخارج التابعة للإدارة نجحت في كسب قضيتيْن جديدتيْن جنّبت من خلالهما الدولة الليبية دفع مبالغ تصل إلى حوالي 34 مليون دولار.

وأوضحت إدارة القضايا بأن محكمة استئناف القاهرة حكمت بقبول الاستئناف المقام من الدولة الليبية ضد شركة “باما لاستيراد المواد الغدائية” شكلا, وفي الموضوع بإلغاء الحكم المستأنف القاضي بتذييل حكم محكمة شمال طرابلس الابتدائية المتضمن مبلغ 30 مليون دولار بالصيغة التنفيذية, والقضاء مجدداً بعدم قبول الدعوى لرفعها على غير ذي صفة مع إلزام المستأنف ضده بالمصاريف ومقابل أتعاب المحاماة.

وأضافت إدارة القضايا بأنها تمكنت كذلك من الحصول على حكم من محكمة روما الابتدائية يقضي بإلغاء أمر الدفع الصادر عام 2018  بإلزام الدولة الليبية بأن تدفع مبلغ 3.3 مليون يورو لصالح المستشفى الأمريكي بروما ورفض طلباته الأخرى مع إلزام الأطراف بالمصاريف.
